1) Install reverse clutch pack into housing:

3x external clutch discs p/n 3311 301 006 plus 2x

internal clutch discs p/n 3311 302 027.

2) Take measurement "A" (See fig. no. V1).

For example: "A" = 10.10 mm

WARNING

The necessary time for a complete polymerization is 5

hours: we recommend therefore to clean carefully the

mating surfaces with Loctite 7063. Cleaner before

applying the Loctite 518 and wait the requested time

before the spin test.

SECTION V: PLAY ADJUSTMENT

1. REVERSE CLUTCH CLEARANCE

NOTE:

ONLY FOR MEASUREMENT THE LAST DISC

(63) HAS TO BE INSTALLED IN THE SAME WAY AS THE

OTHER ONES [NOT AGAINST THE SPRINGS (58)

4.7 Install cover.

NOTE:

Tighten the screws to 18 Nm. (13.3 lb ft.) torque in

a criss cross pattern.
