Ordering Policies

If you have not ordered with PPT before, you should click on New Account. If you process your order using the guest checkout you may not be able to track your orders progress on the website.

How to place an online order

Step 1: Add selected products to your shopping cart
Step 2: Select update shopping cart and verify that your cart is correct.
Step 3: Select check out
Step 4: Create a user account by entering your email address and a user defined password
Step 5: Select your state
Step 6: Enter your customer information, name, address, etc.
Step 7: Select payment option.

If the online credit card payment option is selected you will then be prompted to enter your credit card information via an encrypted secured socket layer connection. This SSL reduces the risk of credit card fraud by securing and protecting your connection to the secured www.authorize.net system. At this point select the “submit button” when prompted at which point your order will be submitted for processing. You will then receive a payment confirmation email indicating your payment was processed successfully. Performance Product Technologies utilizes the latest completely secure online ordering encryption technology. Although many people don’t realize the technology behind placing an online order, it is actually one of the safest methods of ordering available. Why? Secure ordering technology uses a separates the server which encrypts the credit card information entered while placing the order. This means that not even the merchant has the option of viewing the customers credit card information. Versus when you place a credit card order in person, the merchant could actually make a copy of the credit card receipt and have full access to your personal information, and credit card account. When you hear of a companies computer system being compromised and customers personal information to be accessed, this indicates that company did not use the Secure System providers SSL system rather they retained their customers personal information. You can take comfort in the fact that PPT does NOT do this.

Fill out the required information while writing down the Login name and Password that you selected during this process. Save this user name and password to use for future purchases. If you cannot remember your password, send an email to [email protected] and we will e-mail your password and profile information to you, or you can generate a new password through the website.

If you have already established a user profile, just type in your Login name and Password. A screen will appear which will list your billing address and shipping address. Please verify your personal account information for accuracy and changes.

PLEASE NOTE: As required to process an order on this website, agreeing to the Company Terms and Policies and then selecting the “Submit Order” button constitutes full completion of all orders on this website. All remedies and policies thereafter are in full effect once the order has been submitted.

PLEASE NOTE: Certain manufacturers restrict the sale/shipment of certain products internationally. If you place an order for any of these restricted items you will be contacted within 24 hours to refund the order. Please call for more information (405) 533-3812.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers that call in orders and have a sales person process them on their behalf agree to our company policies and procedures as defined in the Legal Policies section of this website. When processing all orders, the “I Agree To” check-box must be selected before an order can be placed, and it is understood that the customer is authorizing the sales person to do this on their behalf. The only exception to this is if a credit card is fraudulently charged and a customer did not authorize the order all together. In this case the customer must notify Performance Product Technologies within 30 days that an unauthorized order has been placed using their credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: Regarding cancelled orders. All orders are subject to the return policies once the order is processed. Therefore, if an order is placed and then it is cancelled before it ships from PPT to the customer as in the case with Multi-Ship orders, it will still be subject to the normal 20% restock fee. The reason for this is not that shipping charges have been incurred, rather manufacturers have re-stock policies. Since the order has been processed and is shipping from that location the 20% restock will still be enforced to PPT and therefore passed along to the customer.
