SHIELDS SILVERADO 4000 OUTBOARD FUEL LINE
Meets SAE J1527 Type B1-15
Silverado 4000 Outboard Fuel Line is resistant to ethanol
blended fuels. This hose is EPA and CARB compli-
ant. Silverado 4000 has a THV barrier layer to prevent
permeation, polyester reinforcement for strength and a
weather and UV resistant CPE cover. The gray color
keeps hose cooler and helps prevent vapor lock. This
hose is for above deck primer bulb applications, and is
not fre retardant.
CONSTRUCTION
The series 337 fuel lines (Silverado 4000) is the best B1 fuel line in the market place.
Utilizing a complex
construction technique involving a THV500 barrier layer, a Nitrile jacket, Polyester reinforcement and a CPE
cover; we are able to offer a hose that outperforms all competitors.
The Silverado 4000 hose has a small
O.D., is extremely flexible and easy to clamp.
Not only does the Silverado 4000 meet all requirements it has
become the only fuel line worthy to be utilized in Sierra’s fuel line assemblies.
