Thanks for your inquiry and the opportunity at earning your business. Unfortunately things have changed significantly regarding the new engine emissions rules so this is not straight forward. Also the 7.4L enignes went out of production in 2002 so they are not avaiable eother. Please check out the link below that will explain these changes for you.
