Shipping
Performance Product Technologies standard shipping policy unless otherwise stated is that all orders are shipped with a signature required for the delivery. In the event that a customer prefers no signature for delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to inform PPT before shipping and request such. Send an email to [email protected] to request a delivery without a signature required. Upon delivery of purchased items, if no signature is requested by the customer, it is the customers responsibility for any lost or stolen items that are shown to have been delivered to the supplied address. Performance Product Technologies will NOT be responsible for items stolen from the customer specified delivery address.
Orders for less than $20 cannot be processed on this website, but may be called in. There is a minimum charge of $10 to cover shipping/handling on these orders.
The standard shipping charges as billed when processing orders through the online store are based on shipping within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges which must be completed before product is shipped.
International Orders will incur additional shipping and/or handling charges. Shipping will be made to the specified country and customs entry point. Customers are responsible for all duties and related charges once the product has reached customs. If you would like a quote regarding shipping to a country other than the United States, please send us an email along with your exact shipping address AND POSTAL CODE.
Expedited shipping upon request will incur additional charges.
Free Shipping special offers are for the United States only and apply only to the lower 48 states. Products that weigh in excess of 25 Lbs are subject to handling charges.
Oklahoma residents add 8.75% sales tax. Residents of all other states are individually responsible for and recommended to remit their states applicable taxes.
Delivery
Delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the Buyer for all purposes. Beyond the instance of shipper verifying non-delivery to the purchaser’s selected address, if the buyer so selects an alternate shipping address other than their own respective credit card billing address, buyer then waives right to retract payment on the basis that parts were never received.
Acceptance
All Goods shall be inspected and accepted within five (5) days after delivery. Failure of Buyer to provide Seller with an itemized list of defects within such five (5) days or to permit Seller a reasonable opportunity to correct any listed defects shall be deemed acceptance of the Goods. In the event of multiple shipments, each individual shipment shall be separately accepted.

Methods of Payment
For orders up to $2,500 credit card transactions are standard and can be run through the online store without any special instructions. Credit card orders greater than $2,500 require a 3% security verification charge and are considered only on a case by case basis.
Payment for orders in excess of $2,500 can be completed by either direct wire transfer or cashier’s check. PPT understands the concern with sending money via wire or cashier’s check to a company you may know little about. For this reason we have provided a link to the Meridian Technology Center for Business Development. PPT is proudly located in the Center for Business Development which provides a pro-active, supportive environment that enables companies to focus on core product development and market potential. How to place an online order
Step 1: Add selected products to your shopping cart
Step 2: Select update shopping cart and verify that your cart is correct.
Step 3: Select check out
Step 4: Create a user account by entering your email address and a user defined password
Step 5: Select your state
Step 6: Enter your customer information, name, address, etc.
Step 7: Select payment option, either credit card or offline. If the online credit card payment option is selected you will then be promted to enter your credit card information via an encrypted secured socket layer connection. This SSL reduces the risk of credit card fraud by securing and protecting your connection to our system. At this point select the “submit button” when prompted at which point your order will be submitted for processing. You will then be contacted within one business day to confirm shipping.
Performance Product Technologies utilizes the latest completely secure online ordering encrytion technology. Although many people don’t realize the technology behind placing an online order, it is actually one of the safest methods of ordering available. Why? Secure ordering technology uses a seperate server which encrypts the credit card information entered while placing the order. This means that not even the merchant has the option of viewing the customers credit card information. Versus when you place a credit card order in person, the merchant could actually make a copy of the credit card receipt and have full access to your personal information, and credit card account.
If you have not ordered with PPT before, you should click on Create New User Profile.
Fill out the required information while writing down the Login name and Password that you selected during this process. Save this user name and password to use for future purchases. If you cannot remember your password, send an email to [email protected] and we will e-mail your password and profile information to you.
If you have already established a user profile, just type in your Login name and Password. A screen will appear which will list your billing address and shipping address. Please verify your personal account information for accuracy and changes.
Please Note: For credit card safety verification purposes, the supplied shipping address must match the cardholders billing address. This is required by the credit card companies in an effort to help reduce the risk of credit card fraud. If you choose to have products shipped to a 3rd party location (different than the billing address), email us the shipping address.
Warranty
To the extent that Goods are warranted by their original manufacturers, and to the extent that such warranties are assignable to Buyer, Seller assigns to Buyer any rights and remedies it has relating to such Goods. Buyer agrees to review the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and instructions as well as policies regarding installation of unauthorized equipment. It is understood that any violation of these policies and procedures voids any applicable warranty. SELLER WARRANTS GOODS PURSUANT TO THE WARRANTY POLICY STATEMENTS ISSUED FROM TIME TO TIME BY MANUFACTURER. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY POLICY STATEMENT, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GOODS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THE ADMINISTRATION OF MANUFACTURER’S SAID WARRANTY OR PRODUCT RETURN.

Returns
No returns on special orders – Any other items may be returned within 30 days, if it is accompanied by a sales invoice, and a PPT authorization number. To obtain a PPT Return Authorization number, either send a request including your name, product purchased, date of purchase, and reason that the product is being returned, to [email protected], or call (405) 533-3812.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of shipping, handling and restocking the item. Prior to returning an item, you must obtain an authorization number. All authorization numbers will be assigned by Performance Product Technologies. Any item returned in damaged or non-sellable condition will be refused. Any item returned without an authorization number will also be refused.
Absolutely no returns on electrical parts, internal engine parts or carburetors. These parts are non-returnable under any circumstances.
Privacy
At Performance Product Technologies, your privacy is important to us.
This applies to all information submitted to this website as required to order products, and receive technical assitance.
The information you submitt as required to place an order will only be used for that purpose. Under no circumstances will we share this information with outside parties, not related to complete the order/handling/shipping process.
Product Specifications
Buyer is responsible for providing the correct information relative to ensuring the proper products are ordered. Under no circumstances will seller be responsible for incorrect products shipped, that are due to misinformation, or lack thereof, as supplied by the buyer.
