This service is priced by the 1/2 hours and specifically for the customer who may have already purchased product elsewhere but needs technical assistance installing something, repairing something, or just resolving an issue. examples would be questions regarding re-propping of a boat,trouble shooting diagnostics, or anything specific to the manufacturer's service recommendations.
