Dana Marine product's (DMP's) new 496 exhaust kit has been assembled using their proven Vortex exhaust technology. DMP's Vortex designs use exhaust scavenging technology to create maximum HP and torque. DMP is the first exhaust company to provide printed dyno results, and we stand behind our claims. These kits are designed to be a direct bolt on with no fabrication required. Kits include their high performance internally runnered manifolds, stainless steel Vortex 4 risers, and all necessary installation hardware. This is a direct Mercruiser replacement for 496 Mag and HO engines. 2005 and later 496HO applications will also require an upgraded (select this link) fuel pressure regulator part number EX-2010.
