Performance Product Technologies standard shipping policy on items below 150 Lbs, unless otherwise stated, is that all orders are shipped with a signature required for the delivery. In the event that a customer prefers no signature for delivery it is the customer's responsibility to inform PPT before shipping their order and request this. Send an email to techsupport@perfprotech.com to request a delivery without a signature required. Upon delivery of purchased items, if no signature is requested by the customer, it is the customers responsibility for any lost or stolen items that are shown to have been delivered to the supplied address. Performance Product Technologies will NOT be responsible for items stolen from the customer specified delivery address.
Upon completing any engine order on the website you will be sent a Purchase Sales Agreement which must be completed and returned before the engine will be shipped. This document contains important warranty information and protects both the seller and buyer for the purposes of the sale.
It is the customers sole responsibility to inspect and report any damage to the delivery driver immediately upon arrival. The person signing for the receipt of the shipment takes full repsponsibility as to the condition of the product being delivered. Performance Product Technologies will not under any circumstances be responsible for damaged shipments.
The standard shipping charges as billed when processing orders through the online store are based on shipping within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges which must be completed before product is shipped.
International Orders will incur additional shipping and/or handling charges. Shipping will be made to the specified country and customs entry point. Customers are responsible for all duties and related charges once the product has reached customs. If you would like a quote regarding shipping to a country other than the United States, please send us an email along with your exact SHIPPING ADDRESS AND POSTAL CODE.
Expedited shipping upon request will incur additional charges.
Oklahoma residents add 8.75% sales tax. Residents of all other states are individually responsible for and recommended to remit their states applicable taxes as required.
