Product Return Policy
No returns on special orders - Any other items may be returned within 30 days, only if it is accompanied by a sales invoice, and a PPT authorization number. To obtain a PPT Return Authorization number, either send a request including your name, product purchased, date of purchase, and reason that the product is being returned, to returns@perfprotech.com, or call (405) 533-3812. NOTE: No returns will be accepted if not accompanied by a PPT issued authorization number.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of shipping, handling and restocking the item. Prior to returning an item, you must obtain an authorization number. All authorization numbers will be assigned by Performance Product Technologies. Any item returned in damaged or non-sellable condition will be refused. Any item returned without an authorization number will also be refused.
Absolutely NO RETURNS on electrical parts, internal engine parts or carburetors. These parts are non-returnable under any circumstances.
