Performance Product Technologies is regionally limited on on the sale of certain products, specified by each individual.
Any sale shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Oklahoma, excluding any provision thereof that would direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Buyer agrees that any sale will be deemed to be made and performed solely in Payne County, Oklahoma to the exclusion of all other jurisdictions.
