These marine parts and supplies are manufactured by sand casting the same as original OEM products, cast in the same Class 2500 Gray Iron as the OEM products, and yield a 3-year warranty vs. most OEM's standard 1 year warranty. These marine engine parts come not only with the manifold gasket, but also with the riser gaskets and all new mounting fasteners. We handle direct replacement diesel exhaust products as well.

HIGH PERFORMANCE FRESH WATER COOLING SYSTEMS 500 - 1200 Hp MODELS
Don't continue to harm your high performance engine. You CAN prevent the damaging effects of salt and brackish waters from eating away at your engine. Not only does Performance Product Technologies lead the industry with regards to closed cooling kits for standard engine products, but we also offer our own custom line of Performance Fresh Water Cooling systems for engines up to 1200 horsepower. Up until now the high performance industry has been forced to accept the less than desirable water crossover systems that do an extremely poor job at dissipating the entire heat load of the engine in a uniform manner, not to mention offering no corrosion protection capability. We not only handle standard exhaust systems, but pro-actively work with several manufacturers in an effort to develop and incorporate additional features which work in conjunction with performance cooling systems.
Engine Flushing
- Your engine and sterndrive can easily be flushed without having to run the engine, and without the hassles associated with standard ear muffs.
- Even Fresh Water Cooled engines should have the exhaust risers and sterndrive flushed.
- There is no need to spend several $100 on elaborate flushing systems. OEM testing has shown that a typical engine can be flushed without running the engine and done so with water introduced through a single inlet point. These test results are supported by patented products.
- The portion of the sterndrive that truly requires flushing is the exhaust cavity, not the inlet water passage. The exhaust passage can be flushed without running the engine.
Our system is very similar to the OEM system in that it contains a "Checked" quick connect fitting that attaches to any standard garden hose. The included "Y" fitting is inserted into the specified hose, and then connected to the supplied flush fitting which mounts either to the exhaust elbow/riser or remotely in the engine compartment. The water can be turned on before the you are ready to use the system since the quick connect fitting is "checked" and therefore prevents water from flowing, until the fittings are actually connected together. The system will flow fresh water thru the heat exchanger and exhaust manifolds/risers before finally exiting as it flushes out the sterndrive.
